WELCOME

Welcome to the blog!!!
It is our privilege to be invited to the International Friendship Week to be held by Nyborg Friskole,Nyborg,Denmark  www.nyborgfriskole.dk
This blog will be the platform where we will celebrate our friendship with schools from Denmark,Germany,Italy,Singapore and Japan. Here we will share our views, opinions, feedbacks and of course pics on what we plan to do,have to do,should do and will do.....

Given below is what we have to plan at this point.....This has been sent by our friends and organisers in Denmark.

Share your thoughts, views and opinions on each topic.Post original pics to make your work very authentic.

The content of the cooperation
We teachers of Nyborg Friskole have chosen six different topics to highlight the differences and similarities between our nations. Early each week, beginning in the week of Monday 27th of February, each group will upload their presentation on the subject to a closed forum which will only be available to the participants. The presentation must have text as well as pictures, illustrations, statistics, links, videos etc. Each group will then during the week read the other groups presentations and give feedback in form of questions and comments. Each group will then by the end of the week give answers to the comments from the other groups.

We have envisioned two ways of preparing for this online exchange.
  1. Each group spends a week before the first deadline to prepare all six presentations. During the week the students will only need to spend a few lessons seeing the other presentations and writing their comments, questions and answers.
  2. Each group spends several lessons per week preparing their next presentation. During this time they must also see the current presentations and write their comments, questions and answers.

The Topics
Here are our suggestions for the six topics. The idea behind them is understanding different cultures and values and they have been chosen because they show a range of areas which could be interesting to debate. If you find any of the topics inappropriate, please don’t hesitate to write us.
